Common dog issues include barking - not a behavior we want!

Stop Excessive Barking

We have all been annoyed at some point by the dog that just won’t quit barking. Whether a dog is alone or even with his owner, out in public or at home, during the day or in the middle of the night, excessive barking is a frustrating experience. Barking can serve a purpose such as alerting you to something out of the ordinary or as a defense response. But dogs may also bark to get attention, out of frustration or even just to entertain themselves. Understanding when and why your dog is barking is the first step to solving an excessive barking problem.

The second step is to find the right tool – an e-collar or a bark collar.  We only use high quality tools and recommend an E-Collar Technologies collar or a Garmin Bark Collar to help stop excessive barking habits.  One is manual and allows you to train the behavior with a command, such as “Quiet”.  The other – the bark collar – is perfect for while you are out of the house. It is important that you are educated on using these tools first, so be sure to reach out to us or watch some YouTube Videos before you purchase one of these tools.
